At Particula, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. Our streamlined process ensures that if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we will make it right as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Particula account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
